Can I pay for my order when it's done?
All orders must be paid for before they will be made. 

Can you hold an item for me?
All ready to ship items can be held for 24 hours with an invoice. The invoice must be paid within 48 hours or it will be deleted and the item returned to stock

When will my order be shipped?
Each item has its own processing time. The processing time can be found in the description of each listings. Blankets have a processing time of 2-5 weeks. Ready to ship items are shipped 1-3 days after ordering. Everything else may vary 

Am I able to place a custom order?
Yes! You can place a custom order on any All in Knits item. This includes colors and sizes. However, All in Knits has the right to refuse any custom order for any reason. 

Can I return my item?
All in knits wants you to be satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, it may be returned within 14 days of the delivery date for a full refund of sale price. All in Knits will accept a return, minus the original shipping cost, and credit your account within 7-10 days upon receipt. All returned items must be unworn, undamaged, clean and in their original condition with all packaging intact.

Shipping costs for returning an item are your own responsibility and will not be paid for by All in Knits

We are not responsible for any loss or damages occurring in the shipping process.
